Haha! I had to wait for my breeding groups to start giving me fertile eggs. I started collecting yesterday

Sorry been hectic here. 10 out of my 12 quail hatched!

Last time I checked, I had 13 out. The 10 driest are in the brooder now.

Serious question about an adult member of my flock: can chickens have seasonal allergies? I ask because the symptoms she has don't match anything I'm aware of. I even checked Chicken Health for Dummies and still can't figure it out. She's sneezing and I can tell she's not feeling great, but that's it. No snot, no discharge, she's eating and drinking, nothing in her nostrils. I'm at a loss. It started a month or so ago when the pollen was pretty bad and hasn't stopped. She's the only member going through this. Everyone else is fine.

22 chicken eggs set, broke 1=21 incubated.
Of the 21 incubated, 12 infertile, 2 blood rings, 6 healthy hatchlings, 1 DIS (blood vessels absorbed, yet no pip. Eggtopsy showed head between legs with incomplete cranium, belly and beak).

Overall results on first try with NR 360 = eggcellent!

Chick #2: FBCM x Barnevelder

Chick #3 Blue Wheaten EE x EE

Chick #4: EE xEE same as Chick #1:

Chick #5: EE/Partridge Penedesenca x White-Faced Black Spanish:

These were dirty eggs. I cleaned them and no stink bombs thank goodness

7 chicks hatched from my batch! One of the Marans mixes has the coolest face and we got a splash and 2 blues as well!

I also was able to get a fun video of one of the chicks hatching in time-lapse!

Yes, but that seems excessive. You may have to remove some water.
