I have 4 chickens. They are pullets right now. Their run us 13ft ×3ft. They will grow into red cherry egger hens. Do they need a bigger space? They gave 2 perches in pen and perches inside coop. I can definitely go longer. What do you think?

Yes, go bigger - or more precisely, wider, if possible. A narrow run can cause behavioral problems just as a small one would, as it does not allow for chickens with pecking order problems to safely pass by one another.
Ditto Dat!

Permanent but i can def modify.
New, fresh grass is a huge plus. They spend a lot of time destroying the grass!

The age is also a consideration. The birds in my photo are 6 weeks old. Having a great time in a 10 x 10 space. When they are bigger, next year, there will be no grass here!

I'd bet they have that grass gone by 4 months old,
because...... :gig

You got that right, :lau! I want these little guys to have the best raising environment I can give them! I move them every week, to try to make the grass last! They are great chicks, and voracious! Killing that grass is their job!
