13 hens... yet 29 eggs a day. Suspicious?

If one were to suppose that this is not a prank and these hens are laying so many eggs in so short a time...will they use up all their total possible eggs in a much shorter time?...is this their first laying season?
In a college dorm of only women their cycles will coordinate and all will have their periods during the same time, Do you suppose one hen who is super ovulating could cause all the others to become super layers?
Could they have gotten some hormone in their food or water that would cause such a thing?

Just goes to prove my 8 year old daughter's theory - LIFE ISN'T FAIR!

How come my 1 laying pullet doesn't lay an egg every day and you get 2 eggs from each of your pullets! IT'S NOT FAIR!

Truth is a hen may not lay and egg everyday. Hybids maybe. Now if you've got chickens laying two eggs a day, you need to breed them real fast and let me know where you live so I can come and get some. You aren't putting miracle grow in their drinking water are you?
