13 week Buff Brahama—-cockerel vs pullet

This Buff Brahma is 13 weeks—-it’s supposed to be a male, but I’m not sure. It is my first Brahma, but I would expect it to be more obviously a cockerel at this point?

I think there's still a chance it's a cockerel.
Brahmas are slow to mature and it looks like a slow maturing cockerel.

I vote cockerel, as well. He's not as red as I would expect at this age but his legs are really thick and I see pointy hackle feathers.
