13 week pullet is ALWAYS sitting. Should I be concerned?

The grey speckled one, I believe her to be our Green Queen, is always sitting. She is eating and drinking but isn’t as crazy about snacks (herbs) as the others. She is always next to her best friend who I think is an Easter egger. The Easter egger sits around a lot too, but not as much. They both will free range (after I usher them out of the run area) and then just sit and peck at whatever they can reach while sitting down. I am new to raising chickens so I don’t know what I’m missing. I have checked under their feathers for mites and their vents as well. Do you have any other recommendations? Please help me!

When she moves, does she walk okay or with a limp? It might be a food/leg problem.
Thank you for your reply! She doesn’t limp but she walks slow. And she barely even walks to begin with. She will sometimes scurry quickly and try to fly but other than that, she’s just sitting. So I’m not sure if her legs are bad because it does seem like she gets around fine…she just chooses not to. She is currently eating Modesto organic starter/grower combo feed that I ferment for them daily. They always have it available in dry form. I give an organic herb blend as a treat and they get to forage our backyard when I’m around.

I checked Modesto's site. My first suspicion was lack of protein, but theirs has plenty and the feed appears to be otherwise good, so that doesn't appear to be the problem. I don't have any other ideas, so hopefully someone else may jump in with more ideas.

Has she always had this issue or is it fairly recent?
