Lash egg

So we have found a lash egg in the nesting box, but unfortunately I can't determine who laid it or who to treat with an antibiotic or take to vet? I have a few hens that have been acting somewhat lethargic, I don't believe they have been laying like they normally do. One has lost a lot of weight, but us alert, eats, forages all day. The other is beginning a molt so some symptoms are expected. I have Tylan I can treat with would it hurt if I gave it to both of them?

Also does anyone know the symptoms or signs of lash egg???? I couldn't find it anywhere in the internet or this site. That would help if process of elimination??
