My chicken has white bumps in her vent

Lace my silver sebright hen has had something similar to this. She had her whole vent scab over one day. I treated her by soaking her vent in epson salt water and applying neosphoren. She had has tiny white bumps show up on her and I am getting worried. What should I do? Below are pictures of her vent. Also below is her 2 daughters she lives with and lace.

Also, 2 old English have the same problem and they are in a different coop.

They have gotten better, We are going with the fact that they already had mites and my FFA Advisor said that has shown up on bird before. I am going to get permethrin 10% and diluted, I will spray the birds and the coop and runs regularly for a month and hopefully that fixes the problem.
