138 Freedom Ranger Broilers arrived today

Just got a call from my wife our 138 Freedom Rangers arrived today. We are keeping 75 and a friend is getting 60. We have raised CornishX before, so looking forward to seeing the difference in these.

The first thing my wife noticed is these chicks have a TON more energy than our CornishX chicks ever did. They are in the brooder now and the 60 have been delivered to our friend. I'll try and add pictures tonight and as they grow.

Just too excited to not share.

Yay! I'm about a week ahead of you on the Freedom Rangers. They grow fast and they have TONS of energy. There's a topic around here somewhere called "Ranger Grow-Out Journals" where we're keeping track of weights.
