Yes, it had zipped past its zip-line so I popped the top of the shell off.

Baby Bobwhite quail hatching. This was a test batch to see if eggs that were in the refrigerator for 2+ weeks could hatch.

Wow! 2 weeks in the fridge! That is kinda cool! I've wanted to do experiments like that..

I was planning to hatch 3 pigeon eggs but only one is fertile now,it’s on day 18 and I’ll upload a picture of it as soon as it hatched-If I’m lucky to catch it at the hatching moment.
