Yes, the comb size makes me think it should be a cockerel, but the feathers all still seem more feminine, at least to my none too experienced eye. And the comb still looks like a dark color...that seems to point towards pullet, supposedly (unless I'm wrong on that info)? I'm sure even a hard-to-sex young occasional silkie girl could develop a larger comb pretty fast (or a big comb in general, though probably less common). :)

UPDATE
My white silkie turned out to be a rooster. He is 20 weeks now. It was evident when he started crowing at 18 weeks. It's so funny listening to him try to crow. It sounds like a boy going through puberty! LOL.....

Aww. What a handsome guy. :) Are you still going to keep him? And thanks for the update! I've always wondered about what gender the birds in these types of threads ended up being.
