14 week Light Brahmas. Roosters or Hens?

I have 6 Light Brahma (not show quality--they have a good amount of black on them) chickens and I am confident that 4 of them are hens, but 2 have been suspected of being Roos for a while now. Slower to feather, smaller, and still have a "puffball" tail.

They both look like pullets! At 14 weeks their pea combs would be more pronounced and redder.
