14 week old buff Orpington puller or roo?

This is my 14 week old buff Orpington. I think it’s a rooster but not 100% sure what do you guys think?

I have an another buff Orpington she’s 14 weeks as well but she’s tiny compared to your girl and she much more smaller than the bird I posted.
