14 week old "Hen" started crowing! What gender is it?

Found what I thought was a hen crowing. Is this a rooster or a hen?

I think it’s a Roo, my 14 week olds aren’t nearly as red in their combs and waddles yet and their combs are a bit smaller….

Yes that is a cockerel can’t see saddle feathers with the angle, but red shoulder and hackle feathers like that for sure.

Hens *can* crow, but at that age if the bird in question is crowing, it's almost certainly a cockerel.
Aside from that, his comb and wattles are super red and developed for his age and he has red patches on his wings
