14 week old sexlinks blood in stool

I have 10, 14 week old sexlink hens. They of course are not laying. But this morning about half of them have blood in their stool. This, I believe is not the lining, doesn't look stringy, more runny like real blood. One of the hens refuses to leave its roost. Very unusual. I have looked for little squiggly worms in the stool but have not seen any yet. I have just this morning gave them ACV and ceyanne pepper.
And my county live stock agent is out of town for 3 days. Please help.
Any ideas!

Just sent hubby to get sulmet. Going to mix it now.

Don't use the AVC with the Sulmet. I believe it makes it gel if I am remembering correctly the advice I got several weeks ago. But definitely don't mix.
