There's 4 hours difference between Eastern and Pacific time. So 3:59.

My friend lives in California and unless they did away with time changes, it's three hours.

If that's a Muscovy, then yes, barred. Grats! I've never seen a ripple in my area, wish I had access to some would love to try for a looney.

I guess this explains it:

Pacific Standard Time is 3 hours behind the time in New York when New York is on standard time, and 4 hours behind the time in New York when New York is on daylight saving time.

Yes all my babies are muscovies the looney is extra wishful thinking but you never know. She matches all the description I have found and I'm thinking this egg was snuck in from a girl from a clutch I rescued last year so I don't know there genetic line.
