I'm not sure I can legally mail eggs since I'm not Npip approved.

I'm not sure if I do. I've never shipped. I know Texas requires a license if you sell them from anywhere other than your property. So I always gift mine.
I'm not sure whether my next generation will lay blues and greens, as my only standard rooster is 1/2 brahma. I did get two pullets from him last year that do, and two that lay brown.
