Sorry about the bad ones. How many were there and what was wrong with them?

They were shipped eggs and I am not sure if they were fertile to begin with, old or damaged during shipping, but nothing developed after being in the incubator for several days and one was cracked and leaky.

We purchased eggs from a few different people so we had 2 incubators going. We set 20 duck eggs in 1 incubator, 15 of those are developing well. We set 12 duck eggs in the smaller incubator and only 1 of those is still developing well. We are picking up some local eggs tomorrow and maybe a rooster so we will have more of our own eggs in the future. It’s all a learning experience for myself and my kids, we are happy for every little baby that does hatch out !

Hi everyone! I have 17 shipped buckeye eggs set for Easter hatch 18 were sent but one was smashed . Some of them make it.
