Hoping mine do that too...I got 14 that made the long trip to NJ and they're in my incubator now for the Easter hatch-a-long...I sure hope they have a great hatch rate too. Do you have pics of the ones you hatched? I'd love to see!!!

Mine had to travel to NJ though, so I really hope I get a great assortment like you did! she was so good to write Fragile on the box, but I think they must have dropped it or tossed it some. I'm letting them sit in the incubator with no turning for the first 5 days or so...I'll candle them then to see how they look.

Just got my eggs today. USPS clearly has no regard for a box marked fragile, as the box looks like it was thrown down a flight of stairs. The eggs were packaged very well and 13 of the 15 made it to Maryland, despite the rough handling. I got 1 BCM, 4 WM, 5 Ameraucana (including 2 broken), 2 BLRW, and 3 OE. They are resting now. Hopefully they aren't too scrambled! Thanks!

Someone posted back in the winter (on which thread I can't remember) that their husband worked for an airline. They had surveillance tapes of baggage handlers deliberately targeting packages marked fragile for rough treatment. Some people are just twisted. I do believe that some uninformed people may target Live Embryo signs even more heavily, mistakenly thinking that it is some evil science project not chicken eggs.
