15 week old pullets, I hope??? Please help.

I have 3 pullets from Ideal and they don't have that much red or that big combs. I mention Ideal because I'm not sure if that makes a difference though I don't know why. Oh and mine are 15 weeks. Born 2/22

Those two are roosters, definitely. They both have shiny hackle and saddle feathers as well as big combs and wattles.
