Hi

My 7 new babies will be 16 weeks old wednesday and the littlest of them, Blondie - a golden comet (sex-link) has already laid 3 eggs! They are LITTLE (as is she!) We have a couple 2 year old silkies and Blondie is no bigger than they are. But of all the new chickens, she's the only one with a bright red full comb and she's squatting, so it Has to be her. But her eggs are tiny too. Smaller than our bantam's eggs ever were. Here's a picture of her first -- the others have been the same size. (For comparason, the other 4 eggs are from our 2 year old sex-links and there's one XL store bought egg next to the baby egg)

I guess I'm just kind of worried about her. Will she grow up and be bigger? Will her eggs always be little tiny things? Our 2 year old sex links never layed tiny eggs, but they didn't start til they were almost 20 weeks old.
