Boy or girl? The DNA test at 4 weeks old said boy but there's no comb or waddle growth, no red, no crowing. Can DNA tests be wrong?

Depends on the accuracy of the company you used, though should be over 99% accurate. Also depends on how careful you were collecting the sample that was sent in.
Can you get a close up of the head, showing any comb? Also close up of saddle area, appears to be a satin. :)

Sorry I uploaded the pics! My avatar is my polkie pullet. I'm ashamed to say that I forgot to clean the toenail clippers before the test and didnt clean between birds. It was a dumb day for me 🤦‍♀️

So the results may not be reliable. Need to be almost sterile between birds to make sure your hands are clean between birds as well.

Yeah I assumed as much.. I was trying to do it quickly while the kids were occupied. I didnt even clean my husband's toenail clippers before going to town on the chicks that I tested. Both came back as boys
