The fact that the hen is active and running around indicates just a fleeting regurgitation. It doesn't mean much more than just that.

But do check her crop in the morning before she eats or drinks to be sure it's emptied completely overnight. If the crop is full and squishy, then she has a crop issue needing attention.

It’s not uncommon for this to happen every once in a while, especially if they’ve just been chugging a bunch of water. Just keep an eye on her, unless it becomes a regular occurrence or accompanied by other symptoms, I see no need to worry.
