1588 Hovabator How many have and pros and cons

I like my 4 Hova-Bators. I use 2 for first 18 day and 2 for last 3 day. IF I need to hatch more, I have 2 LG's for an emergency.
I like to have the Auto turner and the turbo fan. I have moved my thermostat all over the inside of mine, and the temps are consistant all over the bator. They work great.
One con, my chickens will eat them IF the Bator get within their reach. lolol I have one with a whole pecked thru, I taped over it, and it works fine. lolol

I like mine, so far. Finishing my first hatch in it and have 5 out of 8 hatched so far.
Holds a steady temp and very user friendly. I got the auto turner with it and absolutly love it, no longer forgeting to turn the eggs since it's done for me

I would recommend a still air incubator, and also dry incubation, with both of the me and my friends have been able to have an average rate of about 87% hatch rate.

I just bought one and it is filled with Buckeye eggs. The temp has been spot on and so far I have to say I like it very much. The automatic turner works great, too.

No complaints with my 1588... just not fun to clean....I like my coleman cooler (modified for hatching of course) for ease of cleaning.

I love mine! This is my first hatch in it and I really have to say it is such a relief not to have to worry about adjusting the thermostat wafer! It totally takes the guess work out of it.

I plugged it in and ran it for several days before I set my eggs to test the temp and according to the Brinsea spot check it held perfectly at 100*. Tomorrow I will be at 14 days amd so far so good!

I am even thinking about getting another one so I can satisfy my hatching addiction!!

Are your chicks hatching on day 21 or are they late? Did you have to adjust the temp up?
