1588 temp adjust

Although my last hatch was successful I got my first pip on day 19 and most of my hatch on day 20. My temp is running at 100.5 and I would like to go down 100 or even 99.5.
The instructions provided with the bator are a little confusing. The thermostat is set on #4 do I just turn on #3 and turn off #4 to lower it the half degree and #2 for a full degree?
I would be thankful for any advise.

I'm not sure, I have one and I have experienced exactly the same kinda hatches. I haven't adjusted mine but I would probably call their customer support # and have them walk me through it. Good luck

I just set mine up - it came with instructions to change the temp but I'm at work so wouldn't be able to get them to you until I got home.
