Well, I contacted GQF and they'll be sending a replacement motor. Thank goodness! If I'm lucky, it'll come before my eggs do, if not, I'll be hand turning for the first few days. At least I have the rack, then I can just move the slider bar and turn all eggs at once. That'll still be better than hand turning each individual egg or even a rack at a time.
I can't believe how easy it was to get a replacement. I expected to be drilled about how it was used, where it was used, how long it was used each time and proof of everything stated, lol. Now, not only can I boast about how incredible the incubator is, but the customer service is beyond excellent and they really do hold true to their warranty! I just love them and this incubator.
