16 gauge wire in various sizes?

Hello. I purchased some wire at a local feed store, by Gilbert & Bennett, Yard Gard brand. It is 1" x 1". 24" x 15'.

I wonder if it is possible to purchase wire similar to this but in different heights, such as 18" rather than 24".

Is there an online source, or guide, to give me a range of product choices? Thanks!

Yes, wire comes in many different widths, different wire spacing and different gauges. I use this supplier:

I buy the black vinyl coated wire.


There's also this one:

They sell wire by the foot.

You could also ask at your feed store if they can special order the width you want.

Remember, you can also run the wire vertically to get any height you want from the wire you have.
