16 Week Chick Lethargic

I have added Diatomaceous Earth to her feed & I am using VetRx on her as well.
I'm sorry, but DE is not going to take care of worms.
If you saw a tiny worm in the poop can you tell if it was a Cecal worm or possibly tapeworm proglottids? Identifying what you saw would be good since there's different treatments (medications) and different timelines as well.

You can use Fenbendazole (Safeguard) or Valbazen to treat most worms in poultry. If you think it was a cecal worm, one of those would be fine to use. Praziquantel needs to be used for Tapeworm.

It was def not a Tapeworm. It was either a cecal or eye worm. Looked like a very thin pink string.
OK if you see one again, get a picture LOL
I would also suspect Cecal worms or something in the roundworm family. Eye worm would be found in the eyes you would see pus and moving worms.
If she were mine, I would treat with either the Safeguard or Valbazen. Since you generally have to order Valbazen and I would want to start treatment asap, I would get Safeguard. You can use liquid or paste - dosage is the same.

Safeguard dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeat in 10 days.
