16 week old lethargic EE

Did you give her the oral dose in the link above the treatment chart? I'd give her that, to help get the medication level up in her, in addition to the medicated water. If she's not drinking you can give her some medicated water periodically through the day until she starts drinking on her own. It would be very difficult to overdose on Corid, so you needn't worry about that. How long to recover depends on how much damage is done in the digestive tract, but I would say you should start seeing at least some improvement within a couple of days. Make sure to complete the entire treatment, no matter how fast she seems to recover. Also, probably a good idea to treat them all, which is what I usually do. All birds kept together have all been exposed. Easier to treat them all at once than to do one now, one in a few days, another in a week, etc. Wet, rainy periods where the ground stays wet seems to often coincide with a coccidiosis outbreak.

I put 1.5 tsp in 1 gal of water and had her drink some of that. Is there another dosage that I should give her? Thanks!
Oh, and yes, the rest of the water is in the waterer for all the chickens. I'm with you about giving them all the medication, especially if it won't bother them.

AH< I clicked the link you provided, 1/2 tsp corid to 2 tsp water...
.34 ml per pound. I'm going to guess she's under 3 lbs.
Off to interrupt Jordan's naptime. ;)

Corid 20% powder - Mix 1/2 teaspoon powder with 2 teaspoons water.
Give 0.34 ml per pound of body weight orally once a day for 1-3 days OR
0.07 ml per 100 grams of body weight orally once a day for 1-3 days.

You give that amount in addition to the medicated water.

okay, gave her what was supposed to be a 1ml dose at the above concentration, but she drank 3ml... so I'm glad you said I can't OD her on the stuff. next time I'll be more stingy.

No need to worry, really. Corid is amprolium and it mimics thiamine. The coccidia feed on it instead of thiamine and starve and die. It would be really hard to do harm with it for the duration of treatment.
Good to hear. I'm fascinated by the science of this. Thanks again, I'll keep you posted. :)

Dose #2 for Jordan and she's running around with the other chickens today, like nothing happened. She actually perked up a few hours after the very first dose. :) Thank you everyone for all your help and prayers. HUGS!!
