Finally received my sovart hona chicks and a few silverudd's blue from greenfire farm. hoping a few are girls.
lost one chick a few days after shipping, was preety unresponsive when received and sadly didnt get better. but they were shipped across the usa, so thats preety good.
I also have one chick who started out with a swelling on the rear toe to front toe area then found a swelling on the hock. Seems to be doing slighty better now with the oregano in the water with vit b complex. but the swelling is still there, a bit less.
bird is eating ok not limping as bad. i stopped with the complex but thinking i should keep on with the essential oil. any suggestions? my chicks which were a week older finally went outside in the pump house(feathing out nicely) so now these guys are all together in a tote in the house.
