I hatched three Hmong eggs and got three little boys (lucky me!). I’d like to find two of them good homes and I’m wondering if I should get them tested for the fibro gene as a way to get them into homes faster). Is it worth it? I know zero about genetics, have done some research online but is the confirmation of a hetero fibro male worth the $45 test?

I guess you'd need to find out how much they sell for in your area. Maybe check in your local poultry groups on Facebook and see if anyone knows.

Generally, trying to get money back from DNA testing isn't even worth it, but I'm not familiar with that breed. Perhaps you could ask the person from whom you bought the eggs?
