17 day old chick is pooping **only** clear watery poop what can i do and how does a pale comb look like

A few ideas, and basics to check - and so easy to try.

Are her behavior and movements normal?
Temperature at the right level for her so she isn't drinking a lot to keep cool?

Maybe separate her to reduce stress, and be sure she has clean water and chick starter only...with some probiotic in the food to help her digestion so she can form hard stools.
If she is not eating, you may need to try scrambled eggs, or nutridrench-type drops in the lower beak..

Reduce stress from kids, drummers and pets.

Check that her vent isn't pasted w poo - so the firmer stuff can get out too. Is her vent pulsing or protruding? A little oil on a q-tip dabbed under the tail melts the hardened poo if it is there. A warm wet washrag gently can help once it is softened.

Try to clear away all other poo so other Chicks aren't exposed, and provide sanitized dishes and clean bedding.

If she may have eaten something besides Chick Starter, add a bit of tiny grit in or near her food. Everybody gets the runs now and then. No blood is good.,

she is active and eating but not drinking she doesnt have stuck poop temperature is cool and she did poop orange redish poop 3 times 2 yesterday and today just one
