17 week old rir- boys or girls?

Maybe it's just me but I don't see any male feathering at all. The picture is small and I can't get it to enlarge but I would expect a lot more at 17 weeks. To me they look like pullets coming into lay. Close-up pictures would be helpful though.

The wattles, comb and tail feathers are what you would expect for 17-week-old RIR cockerels as they are a slower developing breed. I'm afraid they are definitely not pullets coming into lay!

i think one sussex hen and one roo, the RIRs look like roos, but it is kinda hard to tell from that pic.

it looks like there may be 2 hens?? the one in the back looks to have much smaller wattles.

Okay. I don't know much about the breed so I'll believe you if you say so. Would still like to see some close up pictures because I can't make out the feathering.
