What breed are your birds?
Some breeds lay at 18 weeks or younger, but the majority don't.
It's not a cause for worry.

The breeds that you have are not extremely early layers. They may be closer to 24 weeks old before you get eggs.

Do you know what breeds your chickens are? Some of the earlier laying one's are leghorns, and mine laid her first egg at 17 weeks. Where as heavier birds can take much longer. As in 8 months of age longer..

Some won’t lay until 9 months. Mine are all 7 months and only one is laying. Every chicken has their own time.

I'd agree I wouldn't be expecting eggs at this age from any of those breeds.
I wouldn't be worried if they didn't lay on time either. So many things can affect laying.
