18th day question

Do you not turn the eggs and raise the humidity ON the 18th day or is the 18th day the last day that you DO turn the eggs?

I'm pretty sure the 17th day is the last day that you turn the eggs, because by the 18th the chicks already are in their hatching position. Don't quote me on that, though. I'm new to this too.
