19 and Two 16 Week Old Barred Rock Rooster Or Hens ?

I have one 19 Week old Barred Rock, which I think is Rooster as it has arching tail feathers, but still has small comb, shouldn't roos at this age have a larger comb? Please see images.

I also have two 16 week old Barred Rocks, to which I have no clue whether they are male or female, I have read that females combs start to grow from 16 weeks, so I am not sure. Please see below.

Please let me know what you think, as I am unsure as to what gender.

They are all pullets.

All are pullets as said before. No pointy saddle feathers and the comb would be much more pronounced and red.

Pullets. Males are lighter due to wider bars that are white, so wider white bars make a lighter colored bird.
