19 day old chick, may need help

I have a 19 day old chick that still is not active, just stands around. She does eat and drink, but this morning I noticed that she was shivering while under the lamp. I got her at 5 days old with two others and they were very small. Two of the three died 4 days ago. She runs with the rest when you go to pick her up she hasn't gotten any bigger, she chips like crazy when you pick her up. Any suggestions would be great!

Keep her warm and treat her for coccidiosis Pronto. Make sure she drinks it, or dribble the treated water on the side of her beak with a spoon or something. That would be the most common illness in youngsters.
