19 week old pullet comb color

This one lone girl compared to the rest has a weird pale comb... is this just her age and she's developing slower or some sort of disease?? I attached 2 pictures of another we have same age and what rural king said was the same breed. Her comb is very red.

That's what it looks like to me.

Bright red comb is almost ready to lay eggs, pale comb has longer to go.
Even when they are the same breed, it's common for some to mature a bit earlier than others.
