19 week pullets. Am i getting close to first egg??

My girls are 19 weeks. 2 of them have started squatting last week and redness has intensified. How much longer before our first egg?!! The anticipation is killing me.

But squatting can happen a couple week before eggs appear.
Got the nests ready?
Might need to confine them so they learn not to lay out in range area.

Any activity in the nests?
I find the most telling thing is finding the nests all messed up,
eggs will appear within day after that happens.

Yes they are ready to go. . It's a bad pic but they are roll out boxes. They are much younger in the pic

How will you put fake eggs on the sloped surface?
You could always add bedding until they are used to using the nests,
then slowly remove it to use the roll out function.

I have ceramic eggs with flat backs !
