19 weeks and still no eggs....

Mine are 19 and 21 weeks....BO, Light Sussex, 2 RIR and Lenore, the mystery hen (solid black). So when should I switch from grow feed to layer feed, please? No eggs in sight yet. My boyfriend calls them a bunch of freeloaders.

I know they're still young.

I switched to 20% layer at 18 weeks because they ran out of starter. They went from crumbles to pellets and have not looked back.

My Black Star (Ursula) has started laying, almost an egg a day.

She started Sept 26, laid 5 days in a row, one day off, laid 5 days, one day off, then 10 days, 1 day off, 3 days, one day off. But she hasn't laid at all for the past 4 days. Is that normal (time of year, less daylight hours?). I felt her "belly" and didn't feel anything. I hope she isn't egg-bound. Does anyone know how to tell for sure? Any other ideas?
