Hi Fellow Chicken Lovers!
Celebrating our first egg with this post. Cher, our Americauna, was the 1st to lay an egg out of our 4 girls. They were between 5-8 weeks old when we got them. We have Cher, of course & Tina - Australorp, Sunny - Orphington, & Dixie - Barred Rock. We thought it would be Dixie as she is a bit older than Cher...but the light blue green egg was the determining factor! Here is a pic of our 1st egg...& Cher, our pretty girl.
