1st egg-Miss Scarlet in the coop w/the egg(Pics)

I posted about this hen last Sun..
Different behavior, squatting and nesting.
She's only 15.5 weeks but it happened
today. She's been so talkative, and pulling
the younger hens out of her box. Well to
say the least I'm eggstatic. Told my hubby
it was to bad she didn't lay one for his
breakfast tomorrow.

I'm not sure what this
hen is for sure, Prod. Red? But very proud.

Also if anybody has an idea what breed she might be.
It's the red one in pic above. When I purchased it just
said brown egg layers.

I don't know what she is but congratulations on your first egg!

We had a "pullet" named Miss Scarlett, but she went roo on us. Looks like you won't have that problem!
