I have been trying to figure out what to do with my 1 year old ( born 2/3/10) EE who hasn't laid an egg since August 8th (yes, I know the exact date because it's the same day my daughter went to astronomy camp)...finally today she laid a beautiful green egg!! We have 4 chickens & have been getting one egg every other day from my reliable Cuckoo Maran, 2 are currently molting, and the EE has been taking a VERY long vacation. Anyway, just about when I'd given up all hope...Voila!
