1st egg

I'd wait a few more weeks since I would presume that the eggs are not yet fertile if they've only just started to be laying, as well as them being too small as mentioned above.
 
The Roos are probably breeding the hens before they started laying but if not keep an eye on your birds if you see the too breed the hen that's laying than the eggs will be fertile they probably are all ready but if u see it than u know for sure and the too only has to breed her once and she will lay fertile eggs for up to 14 days after neat right
