Wow..what a great tasting bird! It barely fed 5 of us (unexpected dinner guest) but it sure was an outstanding bird. The wife commented on the breast but those big honkin thighs made up for it IMO!!

Will be doing some thinking on another batch instead of CX come spring. Sure is nice to be able to butcher at your leisure and not worry.

i don't think there is any less breast meat. i noticed the breasts are longer, thus the meat is spread over a larger area
