Yes this will be my 1st hatch. My pet EE passed, some nice ladies in my area gathered all their EE eggs and a few surprise eggs in a 48hr period. I ended up with 25 eggs!! LoL

I think I'm hooked now... hubby decided to help ease my fears, and we candled 10 of the 25 eggs. In spite of the heat fluctuations & high humidity, we got proof of life!! Those teeney tiney itty bitty hearts moving!! I am so excited!! Just had to share!!

Yaaaaa you caught the heartbeats! It is absolutely my favourite, by the time you candle on day seven it'll be a twitchy little bean with eyeballs, it's crazy how fast they develop.

Watching this thread! It's my first hatch too. Mine are due to hatch august 5th. I only have 3 in there but so far all are doing great! I have the Harris Hill Nurture Right 360 or whatever it's called. I live in Morrison, Illinois so @Kiraeh is 50% ok for me? Overnight the humidity goes down to 37% Is this ok? I don't want to hurt them.

Yay! The more the merrier in this newbie hatching thread! Mine are due to hatch on August 14th, the day before my birthday. LoL I didn't even plan this, but it was a pleasant surprise when I marked it on the calendar.
