1St time broody rejected hatchling

My 1st time broody had 1egg start hatching today! 1Day early, day 20. She pushed it out of nest. I tried to put it under her again & she put it out again. Tried again & that time she started viciously pecking it! So put it inside in a steamy bathroom under a brooder. 3 other eggs under her all are moving & sounds coming from but not pipped yet. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would just watch her (and the other new ones as you can) if she keeps rejecting them then take them away and become a mamma yourself... BUT>>>>>

If she keeps a couple then let her keep those and after a couple of days take the ones you are raising and put them under her as soon as night falls. She will probably gladly wake up the next morning not knowing that you added anything and raise them all as normal. Chickens cant seem to count.

Definitely make sure that the humidity is high enough so that the chick can properly hatch, and doesn't get shrink wrapped.

Baby successfully hatched!! Yes! How do you try to put chick back with hen?

UPDATE!
She took back the 1st chick this evening! All 3 others hatched overnight under her & are looking great so far today.
