Thank you!Hi and welcome to BYC. Never hatched ducks, but with chicks, I would remove chicks once they had dried a little (as quickly as possible so as keep humidity loss to a minimum).

Welcome to BYC! If you take it out, you will probably want to mist the remaining eggs to keep the humidity up. A little distilled water in a (very) clean spray bottle will work.
