1st time ducks setting

Our 2 ducks are setting on 22 eggs. They started to set roughly on around April 7 to 10. Here we are at May 12th and still no evidence of hatching. Are the girls now on duds? we have not candled in about a week but I did see one rock a couple of days ago. So do we let them have a few more days or what?

my first egg hatched yesterday, I wasn't expecting it till the 18th at least but we've had warm weather for last 2 months. Could be due to weather or how long they've been taking breaks for. I'd give it a couple of days.

My wife took a look in on the two girls about an hour ago. WE HAVE DUCKLINGS!!! yea! so far, the girls have shown us 4 in the joined nest and we saw 3 more in various stages of hatching. Also while we watched, each of those 2 silly hens stole eggs from the other nest. back and forth.
