I have never hatched any kind of bird before. These are my first try. I started with 14 in my Brisea 2 Advanced. I came out with 9 eggs that had chicks in them when I candled them of course that was my first time to do that too. I have a 5 cell flash light that I taped a empty toilet paper roller to the top of it and set the eggs on top of it so I could see the embryo. My first chick hatched on 4/20/18 about 4:00pm and the second one hatched about 10:00pm and now I had one hatch about 3:00pm and another one about 4:00pm. I still have 5 more to go and one of them has pecked a hole thru the egg shell so it may no be long. I have a brooder for them and the ones that hatched yesterday are in the brooder and doing fine. This is chick #1.
