In Anchorage. My Duccles hatched this fall have been as low as 5 below and are thriving. They were in a 10by 8 fabric greenhouse. With shavings and 20 quail. Now due to a confused rooster who was trying to love quail..... They are in the coop across the yard. They do not roost though. All 9 sleep in a pile on the floor. There is no light. I just open the door so they get the sun when its up.
